BlueBox Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 22, 2026

By installing or using the BlueBox Chrome plug-in, you (“User”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) with Vintory LLC. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use BlueBox. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account and Credits

• You must create an account to use BlueBox.
• Data reveals require credits that may be purchased through our checkout process.
• Credits are non-refundable and expire after 6 months.

3. Data Usage and Restrictions

By using BlueBox, you agree:

• You understand contact data provided may be inaccurate or outdated.
• You will use a separate email account for outreach to reduce spam risks.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the Do Not Call Registry and other outreach regulations.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose any data obtained via BlueBox.
• All data remains the property of Vintory LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for your internal business purposes.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vintory LLC, its officers, affiliates, partners, and data providers from all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use or misuse of BlueBox, including any regulatory violations or legal consequences from outreach activities.

5. No Warranties

Vintory LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usability of the data provided. Use of BlueBox is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vintory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of BlueBox.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
