Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to own the relationships for a book of business, ensuring alignment and driving partner success through our suite of products and services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and passionate about creating value for our partners while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key partner accounts, owning the relationship from post-onboarding to ongoing account management and growth.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with partners by understanding their unique needs, industry challenges, and business goals.
  • Ensure alignment between the partner’s objectives and Vintory’s solutions by developing and executing tailored success plans.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, risks, or opportunities for improvement within the partner’s account, working closely with cross-functional teams to address them.
  • Drive partner adoption of Vintory’s solutions and maximize the value they receive from our products and services.
  • Act as a liaison between the partner and internal teams, including sales, campaign management, product, and support, ensuring timely and effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze account health metrics, using data to inform strategies for partner retention and growth.
  • Share partner feedback and insights with the product team to inform product development and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a B2B software or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business, achieving partner satisfaction, and driving partner success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and partner success platforms.

POSITION LOCATION:

This position is remote and can be conducted out of the team member’s home as long as they have a quiet, dedicated place to conduct business and a fast and stable internet connection.
